First: Great job on your poetry. I'm not sure the term for that style of poetry, but having been to a number of those places myself, I can remember them from your descriptions as well as get a sense snapshots from the trip which a photo cannot capture.
Second: Props for getting your photos in order =)
Third: The Green Dragon?! I've got to ask, does it come in pints?
Fourth: That picture of the sunrise is awesome (or is it a sunset? for some reason is stuck out to me as distinctively being a sunrise).
Finally: Your're right. Yellowstone reeks. Thanks for the photos.
We actually didn't go in the Green Dragon. [not the best environment for five little kids... :)] I had heard of it in an old movie and was delighted to see it in person.
It IS a sunset. It was taken at Little Round Top in Gettysburg, and the statue is of an officer that I confess I don't remember the name of, nor which side he was on...
While the laughter of joy is in full harmony with our deeper life, the laughter of amusement should be kept apart from it. The danger is too great of thus learning to look at solemn things in a spirit of mockery, and to seek in them opportunities for exercising wit. [Lewis Carroll]
People are like elevators. they either bring you

You do not know what tomorrow will bring. For what is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. [james 4 v 14]
